During her time with Virginia Democrat Tom Perriello’s campaign, Rebecca Sager observed and studied the habits of faith voters — evangelicals and others who identify religion as an important issue in how they decide to vote. Her work has drawn attention before, particularly her book Faith, Politics, and Power. More recently, she was quoted in a Texas Insider article on faith voters in the 2010 election.
